We’re excited to announce the return of this beloved promotion. In the past, Clients have loved collaborating with their Travel Agent to ensure their Disney vacation planning is just as enjoyable as the trip itself—while also saving money along the way. So, we’re bringing it back.
What is Transfer Week?
Transfer Week is for all Walt Disney World Guests who have booked a Disney package within the past 30 days. According to Disney’s rules, you can transfer your reservation to a Travel Agent if:
- you’ve booked it on your own in the past 30 days
- and are NOT paid in full
This exclusive promotion is offered only to Three Jays Travel Clients. With double the savings, plus the added benefit of personalized planning, this promotion is a huge win for many of our Clients.

How Does Transfer Week Work?
Transferring your Disney reservation is as easy as Bibbidi-Bobbidi-Boo! Here’s how:
- Contact Us: Transfer Week is June 1 – 8, 2024. To start the process, you can start here.
- Sign a Transfer Form: We’ll send you the authorization form to start the transfer process. If your 30 days are almost up—don’t delay! Although the transfer doesn’t happen instantly, Disney does stop the clock as soon as the request is received.
- Sit Back and Relax: That’s it! We will speak to Disney and handle the rest for you.
How Much Can You Save?
The amount you save will depend on how much your Disney package is.
- Packages up to $3000: Save $25
- Packages between $3001 and $4000: Save $50
- Packages between $4001 to $5000: Save $75
- Packages over $5000: Save $100
Please note: To be eligible for these savings, you must have a Disney package (meaning your Resort and Tickets are packaged together) with a minimum of 3-day park tickets. Memory Maker, Dining Plans, Insurance, etc can be included in your package, but are NOT required.
Funds are automatically applied to your reservation. You will receive an email that confirms that the funds have been applied and what your current balance is.
If you have to cancel your reservation, for any reason, Disney returns funds exactly how they were received. That means you’ll receive what you’ve paid towards your vacation. The Transfer Week savings will be returned to Three Jays Travel.
