What’s included when I work with you?

My planning service covers every stage of your vacation, from consultation and research to reservation management and in-trip support. I manage the moving parts so everything runs smoothly. You’ll have one point of contact (me) and complete confidence that every part of your trip has been handled with care.

How is working with you different from booking online?

When you book online, you get a list of choices. When you work with me, you get a plan. I help you avoid common mistakes, make the most of your time and investment, and design an experience that reflects you. With expert training and firsthand insight, I turn online confusion into a trip that runs smoothly from day one.

What can I expect once we start working together?

Every vacation follows a simple, three-step process designed to keep things clear:
Connect: We’ll start with a short conversation to get to know you, what you love, what you need, and what you want your vacation to feel like.
Curate: I design a personalized itinerary that balances must-dos with time to relax.
Confirm & Enjoy: Once you approve the plan, I’ll take care of the bookings, details, and communication so everything goes smoothly.

When should I reach out to start planning?

The sooner you start, the better your options will be. For Disney and Universal vacations, 6 to 12 months in advance is ideal for the best availability and pricing. Cruises often require even more time, especially for popular sailings or new ships. Even if your dates aren’t confirmed yet, reaching out early helps ensure a smoother planning process.

What kinds of vacations do you specialize in?

I specialize in Disney, Universal, all-inclusive resorts, and cruise vacations. Most of the families and groups I work with want a well-planned experience where every detail is handled for them. My focus is on creating trips that feel effortless, comfortable, and meaningful.

Do you only work with families?

I plan vacations for anyone who values connection and great experiences. That includes families, couples, honeymooners, friends, and multi-generational groups. To me, “family travel” isn’t just about who you go with. It’s about creating moments you’ll talk about together for years to come.

Are you available while I’m traveling?

Yes, absolutely. You’ll have my direct contact information while you’re away, and if anything comes up, I’m right here to help. My goal is to provide support from the moment you leave home until you return, so you always have someone to turn to if plans change.

How do you get compensated?

I’m paid by the travel suppliers I work with, just like a realtor is paid by the seller. You’ll get the benefit of professional planning and support backed by industry relationships, without having to manage the details yourself.

Are you certified or accredited?

I’m a certified travel advisor with professional training across leading destinations, cruise lines, and resort brands. Three Jays Travel, LLC meets all industry standards for accreditation and partners only with trusted, reputable travel suppliers.

How do I get started?

It all begins with a quick conversation. You’ll fill out a short form to tell me about your trip, and I’ll follow up to schedule your consultation. From there, I’ll outline the next steps and begin designing your personalized itinerary.
